30 something year old budget obsessed wife and mama to crazy little girls. When my husband and I first got married we had hopes of being yuppies. Since we didn't have the money yet, I labelled us "guppies" until we reached our goal. Years later I realize I want nothing to do with the yuppy label, but the guppy name's cute, so I kept it. :)
Recently moved and have a lot of new financial goals. Now it's time to pay down rental home #1 (moved to a better school district but kept old home), shared rental property w/ my parents, and now current home we plan to stay in forever.
We own 1 rental property and are working on fixing up our home. Join us as we figure out our way through the madness :P.
