Baby furniture has arrived!!

The ceilings been painted. Walls are painted. Hardwood is refinished. New base and cove are installed. AND HERE COMES THE FURNITURE!!!

Ok, ok, so I'm a little excited. The in-laws showed up yesterday with the free furniture they had gotten and T put it together and set it up in the room. I'm going to try and post some photos. Here goes..







Yah, so we still have some more cleaning to do. And I still need to figure out how I'm decorating (I'm thinking sea life/ocean/beachy?) but we are getting there little by little. Woo hoo!

    LOVE IT! I did both of my baby's rooms in themes. The bedroom is the jungle room, with painted palm trees in the corners and giant animals, and the play room is the "Under the sea" room. I painted the animals from "I'm the biggest thing in the ocean" by Kevin Sherry. On the wall.

    Thanks for the comments! Smile I spent most of yesterday hanging up all the clothes we already have for the baby. My MIL went a little wild and bought SO much stuff; I swear this baby has way more clothes then I do and she's not even born yet! When I start decorating the room a bit more I'll have to post some more pictures!! Can you tell I'm excited??!!? Smile

    How exciting! This is such a fun time. Beautiful furniture too! Smile
    I had an ocean/Noah's Ark theme for DD. Now we have a Firefighter theme for DS.
    I still have DD's bedding it's "Serendipity" by Kids Line. I'm thinking of posting it to Craig's List..Do you live in California?
