Anyone use shopkick??

I was reading blogs the other day and I can't remember who mentioned using shopkick, but I immediately went to my phone to download the app. Turns out it's super fun! You get a certain number of "kicks" just by entering stores, scanning products, and oh yeah, spending money (if you choose to). After you accrue a certain number of points you can then turn then in for gift cards!! So far it's a really addicting silly little game, but I like it.

Does anyone else use shopkick on their droid or iphone? Just wondering if anyone has redeemed any gift cards yet. I'm closing in on $5 for target!

    Interesting idea, but I tend to stay out of the major stores and shop small except for groceries. I get overwhelmed easily at the Target / Best Buy type places (never mind the Walmart types which I have gone in maybe once a year). Might keep an eye on this though, cause my husband is able to handle them better than me (shops but doesn't lose sight of his goals.) Now if they only would add Michaels or the hardware stores!!

    I think Amber uses shopkick.

    I used something similar for awhile on my iPhone, but got tired of constantly opening it up and checking things off. I also felt really self-conscious scanning barcodes in stores. I think I earned enough for two $1 Amazon gift cards, but never redeemed them - can't remember why.
